  • How would I know if my order has been confirmed?

    Once your order gets confirmed, our team will send you a confirmation email at the given email address.

  • How do I place an order?

    Here's how you can place an order at Bicani. 1) Browse from different categories at Bicani and choose your desired product. 2) Now, click on Add to Cart button and you can also select the quantity of the product. 3) Once, you're done with shopping, click on the cart option on the top-right corner of the page (as shown in the image) and from the drop-down menu, click on the Checkout button. 


     4) On the checkout page, you can see all the detail of your product including taxes (VAT) and shipping charges. Here, you've to enter all the shipping details, choose the payment method and submit payment detail as well. 5) Once you're done with entering all the required, click on the Place Order button at the bottom. That's it.

  • Can I cancel the order?

    Once the order is shipped, it can't be cancelled.
